FRED Film Radio is joining the 60th New York Film Festival in New York City, United States, on September 30 – October 16, 2022.
Since 1963, the New York Film Festival has brought new and important cinematic works from around the world to the Lincoln Center in New York City, United States. In addition to the Main Slate official selections, the New York Film Festival, which celebrates its 60th edition in 2022, includes newly restored classics, special events, filmmakers talks, panel discussions, an Avant-Garde showcase, and much more. As stated on the Lincoln Center official website, “The New York Film Festival highlights the best in world cinema, featuring top films from celebrated filmmaker as well as fresh new talent.”
The 60th New York Film Festival will take place from September 30 – October 16 at Lincoln Center venues (Alice Tully Hall, Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, and Walter Reade Theater) as well as local arthouse theaters in all five boroughs of New York City: Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (Staten Island), BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) (Brooklyn), the Bronx Museum of the Arts (Bronx), Maysles Documentary Center (Harlem), and the Museum of the Moving Image (Queens). Each partner venue will present a selection of films throughout the festival
