Vinicio Marchioni, regista produttore e sceneggiatore di Il terremoto di Vanja, e l’attrice produttrice e sceneggiatrice Milena Mancini alla Festa del cinema di Roma nella sezione Riflessi. Intervistati in occasione della prima del film.

Il terremoto di Vanja: Attraverso le prove e la tournée dello spettacolo tratto da Zio Vanja di Anton Čechov, fino alla replica al teatro ridotto de L’Aquila, il film accompagna nella provincia italiana distrutta dal terremoto e nei luoghi dello scrittore russo. Due anni di riprese nei maggiori teatri italiani, nelle zone terremotate di Onna, Poggio Picenze, L’Aquila, nella provincia marchigiana, dieci giorni di riprese in Russia. Il terremoto di Vanja è un docufilm che mescola generi e linguaggi. Ma è soprattutto un semplice atto d’amore, verso il teatro, la letteratura e gli esseri umani che resistono.
