Gerry Fox – Filmmaker – Marc Quinn-Making Waves
FRED’s Matt Micucci interviews Gerry Fox, director of the documentary MARC QUINN – MAKING WAVES presented in the Journey section of the 58th BFI London Film Festival. Gerry talks to us about his history of collaborations with the artist Marc Quinn, what it was like to follow him around and expose a side of the art world we usually do not see, as well as how he tried to “show” rather than “tell” with his approach in making this documentary.
MARC QUINN – MAKING WAVES is a fascinating fly-on-the-wall documentary that captures the life of celebrated artist Marc Quinn in all its many guises.
