FRED Film Radio had the chance to talk to Ben Young and Emma Booth, director and lead actress in Hounds of Love, here at Venice Days 2016. A tale that goes way further its gruesome premises, Hounds of Love looks deep in the psyche of a female serial killer, stuck in a titanic battle between Perversion and the primal instinct of motherhood.

HOUNDS OF LOVE. In the mid-1980’s seventeen-year-old Vicki Maloney is randomly abducted from a suburban street by a disturbed couple. As she observes the dynamic between her captors she quickly realizes she must drive a wedge between them if she is to survive.
