I don’t know how she does it was the title of a 2000’s film with Sarah Jessica Parker playing a multitasking woman and mom. Eva Longoria reminds us so much of that character and she is proving, with her constant activity as activist, caring mom, producer, actress and director, that women can really do it all and do it well. At the 2nd edition of Filming Italy Sardegna Festival in Italy where she’s receiving the Humanitarian Award, the latina actress discusses the Time’s Up movement that she co-founded in Hollywood and the gender gap that needs to be challenged more and more every day as there’s still a long way to go till reaching gender equality. Eva Longoria is about to start shooting her directorial debut, 24/7 and she’s also focusing on her activity as producer. “Women are natural producers” she declares.

In August, she will be in cinemas with Dora and the Lost City of Gold, the live action of Dora the Explorer, where Eva Longoria plays Dora’s mum, Elena. The actress and producer reveals that through this experience she found out that Dora is not only an hispanic icon but she is known and loved internationally.
