Michael Radford meets Chiara Nicoletti right after his cinema master class to the audience and students in the Teatro Petruzzelli. The director is in BARI for the 5th edition of Bari International Film Festival to receive the FELLINI AWARD FOR CINEMATIC EXCELLENCE. Radford gives us some insights on his films and his way of directing actors and reveals some anecdotes about the shooting of IL POSTINO with the great Massimo Troisi and THE MERCHANT OF VENICE with his very good friend Al Pacino. We discover more about his two new upcoming projects ELSA & FRED with Shirley Maclaine and Christopher Plummer and un untitled project set at the borders between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
