Monica Lazurean-Gorgan presented her latest documentary feature A Mere Breath at the 15th Transilvania International Film Festival. The director talks to us about what prompted her to follow this family over the course of her seven years, and introduces to us the film by telling us about the difficult economical situation of the village in which the story is set. Furthermore, we talk about the family feeling of the film and its universal message, as well as how Monica shot the film, and whether she established a close relationship with the family around whom the narrative of the family widely revolves.
