A conversation with Bálint Zágoni from the 2019 Transilvania International Film Festival, where he programs the now annual Hungarian Day strand. He talks with us about this showcase of the Hungarian film industry, and tells us about some of the titles of this year’s program. Besides this, Zágoni also tells us what being a programmer entails and gives us a little background info about the origins of Hungarian Day at the festival and why it has become a regular feature of TIFF’s program over the years.
