The festival director Nashen Moodley unpacks an exciting program that presents over 200 films from more than 64 countries, including 27 world premieres, more than 100 features and 53 documentaries. Nashen talks about the films included in the official competition, and explores the festival streams that include special presentations at the iconic State Theatre, Documentary Australia Award, international documentaries, First Nations, Europe! Voices of women in film and more.

The Sydney film festival runs from the 8th to the 19th of June in various locations across Sydney.
