FRED meets Thomas Cailley, director of the film FIGHTERS (Les Combattants), presented at the Quinzaine des Réalizateurs at the 67th Cannes Film Festival.

This is the story of a boy and a girl brought together in an army camp – a good old fashioned case opposites attracting as they prepare for an inevitable end of the world. As Cailley calls it, Love at First Sight is the cinematic blend of Casablanca and Rambo 3.
