Beki Probst, Director, European Film Market.
Beki Probst has been the Director of the European Film Market (EFM) at the Berlin International Festival since 1988. The EFM has grown to become a tour de force behind the film industry when it comes to film sales, distribution, networking and producers who are looking to buy into projects. FRED Film Radio caught up with Beki Probst who gave us a very candid interview about her involvement in the festival, how things have evolved, and what delegates can expect from this year’s EFM, that runs alongside one of the most prestigious festivals that kicks off 2014, the 64th Berlin International Film Festival.
