On Friday October 17th Rome International Film Festival dedicated a special event tot he project SHORT FOOD MOVIE – Feed your mind Film Your Planet, promoted by the Fondazione Cinema per Roma and by the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia for Expo Milano 2015. Chiara Nicoletti meets project manager Diamara Parodi Delfino to talk about the project in depth.
The project is a global Open call with the aim of gathering short videos( from 30 to 60 seconds of length) inspired by the theme of nutrition and the theme of Expo: “Feeding the Plant, Energy for Life. Short Food Movie one of the four global projects selected by Expo Milano 2015 to promote the event around the world in collaboration with the United Nations project “The Zero Hunger Challenge”.
The goal of Short Food Movie is to use the tools offered by new technologies to create social awareness on the themes explored by the Universal Exposition in Milan in 2015. Authors and videomakers from around the world can participate in the project and submit thier short films until March 10, 2015 by visiting www.shortfoodmovie.expo2015.org
