Director Grear Patterson and producer Otto Schnabel presented their film, Giants Being Lonely in the Orizzonti section of the 2019 Venice International Film Festival. The film talks about the drama of adolescence at a specific point of their lives; the moment before prom. In this interview, they share their thought about the sense of timelessness of the movie, the cast and the specifically American vibes of the film.

Giants Being Lonely: In semi-rural Hillsborough, North Carolina, high school seniors Adam, Bobby, and Caroline navigate their final year through the ups and downs of sex, loneliness, murder, and baseball. A tale told by the one who survived.
