Nela Gudelj – Head of Academy – Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) / Croatian National Coordinator – FRED at School

This is an extract from the first FRED at School conference, which took place at Regent Street Cinema in London, United Kingdom on the 2nd of July 2015.

This extract features Nela Gudelj, head of academy of the Croatian Radiotelevision and Croatian national coordinator of the first edition of FRED at School. In it, Nela talks about how it was brave of the Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) to become part of a project like FRED at School that looked after audience development, and she expresses her frustration at a lack of audience development projects in Croatia, but also anywhere else.

She also talks about the positive aspects she believes FRED at School had on its young audience in these regards, but also talks about the aspects which she herself and the teachers involved in the project benefited from by being part of its inaugural edition.
