Trancees un viaje al corazón de la música flamenca de Jorge Pardo, un artista esencial para entender la evolución del flamenco contemporáneo. Durante dos años, el director Emilio Belmonte y su equipo acompañan al legendario flautista y saxofonista del sexteto de Paco de Lucía en sus viajes por España y el mundo para conocer a músicos excepcionales (Chick Corea, Niño Josele, Duquende, Ana Morales, entre otros) con el fin de organizar un concierto especial, un espectáculo que se llamará TRANCE. Esta road movie flamenca tiene momentos musicales excepcionales y muchas dificultades para el maestro de la fusión flamenco-jazz. El carisma de Jorge Pardo, su concepción del arte como vida y la vida como arte son el motor de TRANCE, una de las películas musicales más ambiciosas de los últimos años.
