FRED talks to Head of Unit at the European Commission Xavier Troussard , right after the Conference on EU audiovisual Policy at the 67th Cannes Film Festival. Now that the Creative Europe Programme is officially active, new policy challenges are on its path. The two panels introduced by European Commissioner for Education, Culture ad Multilingualism Androulla VAssiliou and moderated by the editor from Screen International Wendy Mitchell focus on how to “Create for a European audience” and “reaching out to a European audience” .
