In the film presented in the Panorama section of the 64th Berlin International Film Festival, Isaacs plays Frank, a cynical cop who strangely befriends Bill (Wes Bentley). To cite the director’s words: Bill is the guy that believes in the law but breaks the law while Frank is the guy who doesn’t believe in the law although he is a law officer. This friendship will inevitably change their lives forever.
