FRED’s Chiara Nicoletti meets Clive Oppenheimer, volcanologist and friend of Werner Herzog, director of Into the Inferno, screening at the 11th Edition of Rome Film Festival in its official selection. This is the second time Oppenheimer works with Herzog and this time they took a trip almost inside the most famous and active volcanos in the world to analyze how these instruments of nature interacted with the population living around them. Everything is unpredictable with Werner Herzog so this is, obviously, more than a documentary.
