By kneading a complex and yet balanced network of topics and issues, Hans Block and Moritz Riesewieck show us the effect of Social Media’s hegemonic power on today’s world.

The Cleaners: When you post something on the web, can you be sure it stays there? Entering a hidden shadow industry of digital cleaning, where the Internet rids itself of what it doesn’t like. Reminding us of the shared social vision of a global village and its degeneration into a web of fake news and radicalisation, the film charts the rise and fall of social media’s utopian ideology.
