Paolo Manera, director of Film Commission Torino Piemonte, and on of the vice presidents of the Italian Film Commission Association participated in two panels about development funds that were held during the days pf Torino Film Industry 2020. We hear form his words how these fund works, how they can be used and the synergy among all Italian film commissions to work together towards the same goal of helping developments of film projects, as the principal and most important phase of creation in the mechanism of film productions.
