Zak Hilditch – Director – These Final Hours
FRED meets Zak Hilditch for his first feature film THESE FINAL HOURS which has been presented in the Directors’ Fortnight section at the 67th edition of Festival de Cannes.
These Final Hours takes place during the last day on earth, twelve hours before an event will end life as we know it. James (Nathan Phillips) makes his way across a lawless city to the party to end all parties. During this journey, he will reluctantly save the life of a little girl named Rose desperately searching for her father. Stuck with the unexpected burden of responsibility James is forced to question what really matters as the hours tick away.
