Pilou Asbaek – actor – A War

Pilou Asbaek speaks in this interview about his involvement once again in a project directed by Tobias Lindholm, someone who he didn’t get along well at the beginning but is like a second marriage to him.

The Danish actor also explained how much he loved to take part in big US productions and the TV show Game of Thrones, although he still praises European creators as the best ones around.

A WAR:Company commander Claus Michael Pedersen and his men are stationed in an Afghan province. Meanwhile back in Denmark Claus’ wife Maria is trying to hold everyday life together with a husband at war and three children missing their father.

During a routine mission, the soldiers are caught in heavy crossfire and in order to save his men, Claus makes a decision that has grave consequences for him and his family back home.
